Thiranya recently completed an undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Windsor with a concentration in conservation and is now working towards her Master’s in Biology as a member of the Healthy Headwaters Lab.  Thiranya’s work focuses on expanding the investigation of  freshwater mussel species at risk assemblages in relation to stewardship activities across the Sydenham River watershed. She brings an incredible skillset from her time working as a conservation practitioner at the Ojibway Prairie Complex.
