Dante is an undergraduate thesis student looking at macroinvertebrate diversity and trends across the Sydenham River watershed. Their project is connected to our research on freshwater mussels, with the goal of better understanding community interactions across spatial scales and environmental gradients. 

Dante has also contributed hand-illustrated science communication pieces about benthic macroinvertebrates, striving to educate about their diversity and roles in riverine ecosystems.
