Jess manages the Healthy Headwaters research programs, facilitates collaborations with our partners and manages the Farmer Advisory Board. She has a background in highly collaborative work in the Great Lakes basin – most recently as the Lake Erie Millennium Network Coordinator, and previously with the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, where she administered the Fishery Research Program and the Great Lakes Acoustic Telemetry Observing System (GLATOS). She is the co-founder of the African Centre for Aquatic Research and Education (ACARE) and the Technical Editor of the Journal of Great Lakes Research.
